Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Janera Science offers international shipping. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations prior to placing an order. Janera Science does not assume responsibility for customs delays, import restrictions, seized shipments, or regulatory issues within the destination country.
How are your products manufactured?
Our compounds are produced in facilities operating under current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards. In addition to controlled production protocols, each lot undergoes independent analytical verification prior to release to support transparency, consistency, and documented quality.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns unless an order arrives damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting documentation.
What Are COAs?
Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are lot-specific documents that provide the analytical testing results for each production batch.
COAs are accessible on our website under the “Certificates” section, available via QR code on product packaging, and a copy is provided by email with each order confirmation.
