All products sold by Janera Science are intended strictly for laboratory research use only.

Qualified Purchasers

By purchasing from Janera Science, the customer represents and warrants that they:

• Are a qualified professional, researcher, or laboratory entity
• Possess the knowledge and training necessary to safely handle research chemicals
• Have appropriate laboratory equipment and facilities
• Understand the hazards associated with laboratory materials

Customers further agree that they will not misuse products, including but not limited to:

• Human or veterinary administration
• Use in food, drugs, cosmetics, or medical devices
• Resale for human consumption

Janera Science reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear inconsistent with research use.

Product Information and Testing

Janera Science maintains strict internal quality control procedures. Each batch is released only after lot-specific analytical verification.

Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided for each batch and may be accessed through:

• QR code on product labels
• Product documentation
• Order confirmation communications

All analytical data is provided for informational purposes to assist research professionals.

Limitation of Liability

Janera Science products are supplied for laboratory research use only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Janera Science shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to:

• misuse of products
• improper handling or storage
• laboratory accidents
• indirect or consequential damages

Customers assume full responsibility for safe handling, use, and disposal of all products purchased.

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Janera Science. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that:

• violate research-use policies
• appear intended for human use
• originate from restricted jurisdictions

Shipping and Risk of Loss

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local import regulations applicable to their jurisdiction.

Janera Science is not responsible for delays, customs inspections, or seizures that occur once shipments leave our facility.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, Janera Science generally does not accept returns.

Refunds or replacements may be issued only in cases where:

• incorrect items were shipped
• products were damaged during transit
• verified quality issues are identified

All claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
